Scheduled on-site services within nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Regular visits ensure continuity of care for residents with complex medical needs.

Stationary Office

A fixed clinical base for comprehensive appointments, follow-up care, and patient record management. Accepts MaineCare and Medicare directly.

About the Founder

Diego Barbosa
da Silva, RDH

Diego is a U.S.-licensed dental hygienist with a background as a trained dentist, bringing deep clinical expertise in implantology and periodontology to every patient interaction.

He holds active dental hygiene licenses in three states, Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire, and practices as an Independent Practice Dental Hygienist (IPDH) in Maine.

Previta Oral Health Institute is the expression of his professional mission: bringing high-quality, evidence-based preventive care to the communities that need it most.

Maine is our home, and one of the most progressive states in the country for independent dental hygiene practice. The IPDH framework here allows us to operate at the full scope of our clinical capabilities.

Our model is designed from the ground up to be replicable. As more states expand direct access dental hygiene laws, Previta is positioned to bring this same framework to new communities.

With active licenses already in Vermont and New Hampshire, the infrastructure for multi-state expansion is already in place.
